Course Description

Collagraphy is a texture-based approach to printmaking in which the artist glues or applies various materials to a board, each resulting in unique visual characteristics when inked, to create dynamic, reproducible images.  An excellent practice to expand an understanding of mark-making applicable to drawing and painting, collagraphs also strengthen skills in value, line, shape, emphasis and composition.
